Then join us at our next Midwest Baby & Kids Market on Sunday, 21 May 2017 at our new venue, Geraldton Senior College Gym, Carson Terrace.

Your Stall Hire Fee Includes:

  • Fantastic indoor venue
  • Large Stall space 
  • A well advertised and promoted event.  Printed flyers, banners, print advertising in local and regional newspapers, E-Newsletters, Facebook promotions and paid advertising, Instagram and Twitter promotion, radio, online event calendars etc.
  • Public Liability Insurance (not product liability insurance)
  • Dedicated large items area for preloved stalls
  • Morning Tea Voucher
  • Convenience of early stall set up if required on Saturday afternoon
Please note:  
Once you submit the form below, an email with payment details will be emailed to you soon after. Payment is required within 7 days of registration.  If payment is not received, you do not have a confirmed stall booking.  

After your payment is received for your stall, an email will be sent to you with your:
  • Confirmed stall booking 
  • Stallholders Information Pack
  • A receipt for your payment 




Stallholders Terms and Conditions

  • All items for sale must relate to parenting, maternity, babies or children aged from newborn to approximately twelve years old. You will be asked to remove any item from your display that is not suitable. 
  • All items for sale must be CLEAN and in working order. Broken or faulty items must not be sold.  The cleaner your items are, the quicker and easier they will sell!  
  • Each table is to be covered with a floor length table cloth (a bed sheet can be used), ensuring no cardboard or other boxes are able to be seen under the table. 
  • No cardboard boxes to be used at stalls. 
  • All items must comply with Australian Safety Standards.  The guidelines regarding selling goods relating to children and babies can be found on the ACCC’s website.  Please read them here: www.accc.gov.au or by phone 1300 302 502.
  • Stallholders are to ensure all items sold are safe for use by children. 
  • Car seats and bicycle helmets may only be sold if they have not been involved in an accident. 
  • Preloved stalls may be shared with a friend.  
  • Please ensure all your items are priced clearly or each box has a sign stating the price of each item (ie. all items in this box are $2). 
  • Stalls are to be kept tidy during the market and left clean and tidy after the market. 
  • All rubbish is to be removed when you pack up.  Please take your rubbish home with you. 
  • Please take all items not sold with you when you leave.
  • Your stall is to be manned at all times by yourself or a friend. 
  • Please bring your own table if possible. There are no tables available at this venue and we can not provide tables on the day if you arrive without one.  Tables are available to hire from another venue (1.8m long) but must be requested on the application form above or one fortnight prior to the Market Day. 
  • Each stall will have the corners marked out with a coloured circle. Your trestle table and all items for sale, racks and displays are to be kept within your stall markings. You will be asked to move any item that is not within your stall. 
  • Please ensure no stall items obstruct the exits or aisles at any time.
  • Stallholders are requested to keep trading until 1.00pm unless all of your items have sold out prior to this time.  
  • Please be aware that any charges that are passed on to Midwest Baby & Kids Market for damage to the venue due to stall holders negligence, will be payable by the stall holder at fault.  This also includes security company call out fees if helium balloons float to the ceiling and trigger the alarm after hours.
  • The organisers of the Midwest Baby & Kids Market take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of any items. 
  • The Midwest Baby & Kids Market does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the Midwest Baby & Kids Market and all persons who enter the Midwest Baby & Kids Market do so at their own risk. The stallholder agrees to indemnify the Midwest Baby & Kids Market against all claims for damages or injury to the property or person of any persons in respect of any claim made by any such person arising out of negligence on the part of the stallholders or their agents or servants.
  • REFUND POLICY
    There is no refund of the fees if you do not attend on the Market Day.
    If you cancel your stall on or prior to 6th May 2017, your fees will be refunded minus a $10 Administration/Cancellation Fee.
    If you cancel your stall on or after 7th May 2017, 50% of the fees will be refunded.
