Thank you for your interest in having an Information & Services Stall for your Not for Profit Group at our next Market Day.

We have hundreds of parents and families that attend who are interested in the services available in our region. 

We would love to help you promote your Not For Profit Group to Midwest Parents at our next Market on Sunday, 21 May 2017 at the Geraldton Senior Gym, Carson Terrace.


PLEASE NOTE:  
An email with payment details will be emailed to you.  Payment is required within 7 days of registration.  

If payment is not received, you do not have a confirmed stall booking.  

Once payment is received for your stall, you will receive by email:
  • Confirmed stall booking 
  • Stallholders Information
  • A receipt for your payment

Stallholders Conditions

  • All items for sale must relate to parenting, maternity, babies or children aged from newborn to approximately twelve years old. You will be asked to remove any item from your display that is not suitable. 
  • All items for sale must be CLEAN and in working order. Broken or faulty items must not be sold. 
  • Each table is to be covered with a floor length table cloth (a bed sheet can be used) ensuring no cardboard or other boxes are able to be seen under the table. 
  • No cardboard boxes to be used at stalls. 
  • All items must comply with Australian Safety Standards.  The guidelines regarding selling goods relating to children and babies can be found on the ACCC’s website – www.accc.gov.au or by phone 1300 302 502.
  • Stallholders are to ensure all items sold are safe for use by children. 
  • Car seats and bicycle helmets may only be sold if they have not been involved in an accident. 
  • Stalls may be shared but please advise this on your Registration Form. Costs and space for the stall can be shared (there is an extra cost for more than one business on each stall).  Each business will be assessed and approved individually. 
  • Please ensure all your items are priced clearly. 
  • Stalls are to be kept tidy during the market and left clean and tidy after the market. 
  • All rubbish is to be removed from the hall when you pack up.  Please take your rubbish home with you. 
  • Please take all items not sold with you when you leave.
  • Your stall is to be manned at all times by yourself or a friend. 
  • Please bring your own table if possible. Tables are available to hire from another venue (1.8m long) but must be requested on the application form or one fortnight prior to the Market Day. There are no tables at this venue if you arrive without a table on the day.
  • Each stall will be marked out. Your trestle table and all items for sale, racks and displays are to be kept within your stall markings. You will be asked to move any item that is not within your stall. 
  • Please ensure no stall items obstruct the exits or aisle at any time. 
  • There is no refund of the stall fee if you do not turn up on the market day. A refund may be considered if a cancellation is done two weeks prior to Market Day. 
  • Stallholders are requested to keep trading until 1.00pm unless all of your items have sold out prior to this time.  
  • The organisers of the Midwest Baby & Kids Market take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage of any items. 
  • The Midwest Baby & Kids Market does not accept any liability for the loss or damage of any kind suffered by any person who enters the Midwest Baby & Kids Market and all persons who enter the Midwest Baby & Kids Market do so at their own risk. The stallholder agrees to indemnify the Midwest Baby & Kids Market against all claims for damages or injury to the property or person of any persons in respect of any claim made by any such person arising out of negligence on the part of the stallholders or their agents or servants.
  • Please be aware that any charges that are passed on to Midwest Baby & Kids Market for damage to the venue due to stall holders negligence, will be payable by the stallholder at fault.  This also includes security company call out fees if helium balloons that float to the ceiling to trigger the alarm after hours.
